Service Cancellation Requests
- Customers may request cancellation before shipment pickup by contacting our customer support team or through the booking platform (where available).
- Once the shipment has been picked up or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
Cancellation Charges
- Before Pickup:
Cancellation requests made before pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to administrative or processing charges. - After Pickup:
No refunds will be issued once the shipment is collected or in transit.
Same-Day & Express Deliveries
- Due to the time-sensitive nature of same-day and express services, cancellations must be requested immediately after booking.
- Once the courier is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
International Shipments
- International shipments cannot be cancelled once documentation has been processed or the shipment has been handed over to international carriers or customs authorities.
- Any costs incurred prior to cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment mode and bank processing timelines.
Incorrect Shipment Details
- Cancellations due to incorrect or incomplete shipment details provided by the customer may result in partial or no refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
Vega Global Logistic reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipments due to:
- Prohibited or restricted items
- Safety or compliance concerns
- Operational limitations
- Incorrect documentation
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any incurred charges.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or unforeseen operational disruptions.
