Non-Refundable Situations

  • Shipment already picked up, dispatched, or in transit
  • Same-day or express services once courier is assigned
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, customs, or force majeure events
  • Incorrect shipment details provided by the customer
  • Partial use of services

International Shipments

  • Refunds are not applicable once international documentation or customs processing has begun.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Refunds for lost or damaged shipments are subject to claim approval and policy limits.
  • Claims must be reported within [7–14] days of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Proof of value and supporting documentation are required.

Refund Amount

  • Approved refunds may be full or partial, depending on the stage of service completion.
  • Any administrative, pickup, handling, or processing charges will be deducted.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Processing time may vary depending on payment method and bank policies.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Cash refunds may be processed through bank transfer where applicable.

Business & Corporate Accounts

Refund terms for business or corporate clients may vary as per contractual agreements.
