Vega Global Logistic provides courier, cargo, logistics, and delivery services including domestic and international shipping, express and same-day delivery, medicine courier, extra baggage services, and related logistics solutions.

All services are subject to availability, service area coverage, and operational constraints.

Booking & Acceptance

  • All shipment bookings are subject to acceptance by Vega Global Logistic.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments that violate our policies, applicable laws, or safety regulations.
  • Shipment details provided by the customer must be accurate and complete.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must not ship:

  • Illegal, prohibited, or restricted goods
  • Explosives, firearms, ammunition
  • Hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials
  • Perishable items (unless approved in writing)
  • Cash, precious metals, or valuable jewelry without prior approval

The customer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Packaging & Contents

  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging of shipments unless packaging services are provided by us.
  • Vega Global Logistic is not liable for damage caused by inadequate or improper packaging.
  • Fragile or special items must be clearly declared at the time of booking.

Pricing & Payment

  • Courier charges are based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
  • Rates may vary depending on distance, service type, fuel surcharge, and handling requirements.
  • Payment must be made as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Any additional charges resulting from re-measurement, customs duties, or special handling will be billed to the customer.

Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, customs clearance, operational issues, or force majeure events.
  • Vega Global Logistic shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

International Shipments & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate customs documentation.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Delays caused by customs authorities are outside our control.

Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided for customer convenience and may not always reflect real-time status.
  • Temporary delays in tracking updates do not constitute service failure.

Insurance & Liability

  • Shipment insurance is optional and available at an additional cost.
  • Without insurance, liability is limited as per company policy and applicable laws.
  • Vega Global Logistic is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Claims & Complaints

  • Any damage, loss, or delay claims must be reported within [7–14] days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  • Claims must include proof of shipment value, tracking number, and supporting evidence.

Customer Responsibilities

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations may be accepted before shipment pickup.

Limitation of Liability

Vega Global Logistic’s liability is strictly limited to the extent permitted by law and as outlined in these terms. We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
